Thought I would have a look and see what the old rogues have been up to, enjoy some cracking images, be inspired and have some fun.
Nice to be back & look forward to meeting some older new members

I saw that taming of the wolf thing, triming of the nails, slick trim at the feral poddle parlor, scrubbed up well & looked good...

    Nice to be back...

Hi Andy, I missed you! Dragons are slow this year, seen several Large Red Damsels, but no big un's as yet, something to do with the cold & liquid sunshine, hopefully will be out over the weekend to see what has emerged... Still playing with my little G with several Leica supplementary lenses, also recently moved to a 1Dx, yet to try anything close up with the new toy :) I see from your Avatar that you still be chasing cow'rin, tim'rous springy beasties...

last time I met him he was a proud owner of a D3 & doing great things, D800 is a beast & moves things forward - nice to meet you...

Thanks, I have had the pleasure of meeting Fen in person at his exhibition of his plant shots. Great stuff. Bumped into Mr DD as well.

Just curious and none of my business. Why the long gap from posting? :)

good question, you move on, things change, you get involved in new projects & adventures, life gets in the way, i had lots of fun for many years, met some great people online & in the field, was inspired & motivated - then you get the urge to go back, see what's happening, where people are, see how their imagery has developed & styles have evolved, hear what motivates, add & draw from the pool of knowledge, have some fun, not take myself too seriously & make new friends...

Sadly many of the members you will remember no longer grace these boards but there are many new regulars. You`ll gradually get to know who`s who.

Very good to have you back.:D

What an odd thing to say. A D800 is more important than getting married!

I'd best not mention that I've got a Bronica as well ;)
