I had one of these back in the day, not a bad little camera. Also had an AE-1, and then the wife bought herself an AL-1, the focus confirmation model. Then got an A-1 secondhand . Still got the A-1, AE-1 and the AL-1 upstairs somewhere, sold the AV-1 to a mate.

I applaud any effort to make use of sustainable wood instead of plastic. You only have to Google the words 'Albatross Plastic' and look at the images to see the damage plastic can do

There's an opportunity for Greenpeace. Fit big surface trawl nets to their ships and clean up the garbage. Then they could drop it in the harbours of the most polluting countries.
