Well, here's the theme for the month of March - make of it what you will. I'm open-minded as to how you interpret it, but to start off, here are a couple of more literal examples:

Best of luck everybody - I look forward to seeing what you come up with!

    Cheers, Jeff

That's directly below the part where 'Arold's on his 'orse with his 'awk in his 'and.

As I recall it's described at Bayeux as a naked figure using an axe to dress some wood - not quite the interpretation that I took away from it!

It is difficult to see on this reproduction but I do remember the enormous grin on the girl's face

    Hardly surprising.

It reminds me of when I sat for my wife for a life drawing. I insisted she was generous with her charcoal in a certain area!

Great theme - will have to get my thinking cap on. And possibly a macro lens too.

I call this one piggy in the middle - but there again, it could be someone in the news!

    or . . . . God is in the detail :)

I'd like to think I anticipated Jeff's theme when I took this last Friday,
all kudos go to the artist, I simply turned up with a camera.

I do not know if anyone is caring about age any more but this ant lived 20 million years ago and the image was taken seven years ago

    Ant embedded in amber:

I should have mentioned that it was taken with a Canon FD lens taped to the front of some cheap 4/3 extension tubes
