I have some free time this upcoming Friday, and I was wandering if anybody knows of any places around Liverpool that would be great during the daytime?

Obviously would have to take into account the inclement weather that is forecast, however, I'm open to all ideas :)

    Thanks

Up your ISOs to 1600-3200 if you have not got a tripod and spend a few hours in the Cathedrals it don't rain in there unless somebody has nicked the lead of the roofs........excuse the puns!

If you jump the ferry to seacombe or Woodside you will get a great view of the Liverpool skyline from the other side of the river. Albert dock is also very good and try New Brighton in Wallasey which is a faded resort with a fort and lighthouse.
