    What’s Ahead for ON1
Looking ahead ON1 is investing heavily in DAM and expanding the Photoshop-like feature set in Photo RAW (as well as a few other tricks they aren’t quite ready to share publicly). ON1 now has a new, modern code base which will enable them to continue to deliver the features photographers want. There will be several new and free updates next year which are already in the works.

Until the DAM is present and fully evolved, I can't/won't move from LR. Also, I actually find the LR monthly subscription more preferably than single larger payments, so I'm not in a hurry to move.

I played with onOne 2017 a bit two weeks ago after coming across mention of it on an Adobe forum. It looked quite promising and seemed better than lightroom for cloning. Not as good with Fuji RAF was my feeling.

Just noticed the Tilt Shift button on that last pic......what are the bets it means Reverse Tilt?

A minor thing perhaps but it seems like standard practice to call it the wrong thing and perpetuate misunderstanding.
