Click here for some great (sweary) inspirational quote posters from the works of Irvine Welsh.

NSFW? That rather depends on where you work doesn't it! ;)

It seems that someone is on a mission. See the vid. It seems that this is all a Nikon advert aimed at the young well off.
Good luck to them I say.

What does NSW stand for, from context I can guess the F.

Not suitable for work. Often posted as a warning not to click in the presence of your co-workers, or especially boss.

    So it should be NSFFW?

In Austrailia, it more than likely refers to New South F Wales ....?

So it's not just me! Despite knowing what 'NSFW' means, every time I see it I register it as 'New South F*****g Wales' in my head.

    Cheers, Jeff

The subsequent discussion reminds me that there are three English football league teams with sweary words in their names:

    Arsenal

    Scunthorpe

    Anyone know the third?

I once worked with a bunch of Australian blokes. That was twenty years ago but I'm better now.

When I started in the police and learning the Theft Act, there were the 4 F's that you could not steal if you picked them growing wild. They were Flowers, Fruit, Foliage and F***ing mushrooms. That is how it was taught to us. I bet they do not do that nowadays. TBH they probably don't even teach them the Theft Act.

Do you know the correct order for listing the animals which you have to report if you hit whilst driving a motor vehicle? No cheating now! ;)

Does that make you a bad cop?

    Retired bad cop.

I've looked at the list, i'd remembered them all apart from pigs. What is the right order then?

I got to, Octopus; Great White Shark, Komodo Dragon, Giant Panda; Gnu and Skunk, then I hit the barrier. Have I named all of those in the list, please?

I used to work for an engineering contractor who supplied the navy with maintenance training materials. I got used to Naval Acronyms fairly quickly but eventually came across one I'd not seen before and could not fathom. There seemed to be various versions of it too. BFOB. BFOS. BFOLH. BFOF. I had to ask. BFOB = Big F***-Off Boat. BFOB = Big F***-Off Ship. BFOLH = Big F***-Off Light House. BFOF = Big F***-Off Fanny. Or Officer.
