Wispy clouds, sun is starting to rise, cold at just -1°c
A cool o degrees this morning, frost, a nice patch of ice on the ungritted road outside my house, a touch of mist and a low, bright winter sun. What's not to like?
This was from only 15 mins or so ago on the golf course the I was passing.

Beautiful shot Nige! And I don't mean with a golf club.
Freezing here, frost on the ground, sun in the sky too.
Thanks. No golf bats in my hand. Just happened to be passing on the way home from the airport.
I think this one, a partial pano with the phone is a bit better TBH.

Rather frosty. Assuming it's still cold but haven't been outside yet.
Love them both (balance issues on the RHS on that second one though )
Dry here, blue skies, first day for a while.
I thought something had changed. It's now 7 degC - feels positively warm.
Minus 3c now but still and clear. Hoping for more patches of low-angled sunshine tomorrow for dogs I haven't photographed yet....
Minus 3°C at present, not expected to go over zero until late morning.
Indeed it is freezing outside, -4°c here at the moment
Beautiful frosty and misty morning.
First frost of the autumn / winter. Not a hard one, the sun is doing a good job of clearing it.
Yes. think of poor Martin out there with his cows.
Like if they had Walnut Whips in a tub of Cadbury Heroes.
Temperature taking a dive - 4 degC and dropping. Sky looks suspiciously like there's snow up there. Breeze from the NE. Doesn't look good!
After a week or so of gray, wet and gloomy weather, the sun has made a welcome reappearance today. It's a bit nippy though.
Similar here. Clear, no wind, 3 degC but I don't think any frost or ice.
