Wet. Off taking my sister and her American husband to Stratford upon Avon today. I don't mind cold, but hope it stays dry.

Started raining here, glad I'm not visiting a mate on Dartmoor, he's got a blanket of the white stuff.

No frost today just a little breeze. Grey skies but not raining at present. 4 degC and breeze from the NW.

Quite a lot of rain overnight, and it's still raining, but my west facing windows are dry - very rare, but confirmed by the easterly wind report from Cranfield Airfield.

Beautifully sunny yesterday near Stafford but dull and sloshing down this morning.

We've actually had snow in the Thames valley this morning. Obviously, chaos has ensued.

Oh no. Are you at risk of flooding?

We're on the Trent flood plane, but not realistically at risk from that. However, the heavy rain has now basically flooded the garden and surrounding gardens because it can't drain away quick enough.

Floor warnings not far from us though, the Trent pretty much assured to breach this evening. If the Erewash goes too, there's only one way out of our town!

Couldn't get the camera to focus, and couldn't see anything, so this is the best you'll get.

Slightly better shot from this AM.

Rain has mostly stopped, patches of blue in the sky although plenty of cloud. Looks to be dry tomorrow, but more rain forecast next week.

Same here actually, was 3 degrees on the way home last night at 5pm, but feels much more like 10 or so today.

We've climbed to 7 degC which, as you say, feels positively warm!
