    Lazy access to the skyline is from the shopping centre on the island peak:

    For some reason I cannot find my non-hazy-day photos from up there. :confused:

    You actually got a non-hazy day? I have not succeeded yet in that quest.

    When I was there in the 50's it was clear nearly every day of the year except in the monsoons.
    Nor was there anything commercial on the peak except private hospitals, the rest was occupied by the very wealthy and even a few cows.
    I knew the matron of a private hospital overlooking the oposite side to kowloon and they had a totally unspoilt view down to the sea and islands.
