Not sure where the IS and tilty screen came from, but in that case, the Sony A300 rides to the rescue! Don't do hdr myself, but gather both the Canon and Sony limit the bracketing to +/- 2 stops. You may need this to be at least 3 for best range. But you can adjust the exposure in manual mode, changing the shutter speed to reflect bracketing.
