cool - I have a mate that owns one for his canon. I'll ask him, thing is - the d2x I have needs some fancy adapter to lock the mirror in place... it says in the manual how to do it but does not do it with out the adapter.

Is there a way to blow it out with out that adapter?
Or should I just see the shop?

I attatched a shot of my baby with the spot for reference...
