A rocket blower has coped with the vast majority of dust spots in my camera.Make sure you have a fully charged battery, follow your manuals mirror-up procedure and have the camera pointing down to aid the removal of the dust.
Well worth attempting before spending any serious money on professional cleaning.There are several excellent cleaning kits which would enable you to clean the sensor yourself,it's really not difficult,at a fraction of the cost of a "shop-clean"
