As long as you do not need high Frames Per Second, I would go Fuji, if only for the fact that the S5 Pro / D200 body is so well made and ergonomic.
Quality wise Mrs P still prefers the S5Pro to my d300, as it is well suited to the type of photography she does i.e. Macro, lot of black and white conversions and subjects that need a high dynamic range.
