Konica Hexar AF

Anyone know why one of these should be selling for £255+ on fleabay? see here
Couldn`t link to fleabay listing.URL miles long.It`s also being sold as a rangefinder which from the pic shown it is not.I know they were hugely expensive new but it seems OTT for a fixed lens compact.
I do have a Konica compact which is older which has a very good 2.8 lens.
