Difficult to say from the picture in your kitchen sink! The one on the left looks un fixed, not even started to clear. The one on the right looks about right on the developer but still not completely fixed, if this is the Fuji I would say the fix is exhausted. Have you tried to refix both films with fresh solution, wont do any harm and you might still get some useable negs.
