I'm having strange problems with my E400 which I bought in September from Dixons online.

I'm going to contact Olympus customer support later on today, hopefully I can send it directly back to them instead of sending it back to Dixons.

Get in touch with these
They are oficial Olympus repair agents and very professional.I recently had a warranty repair carried out by them.How long depends on whether they have to order parts but 2 weeks max IMO.
