newbie processing - help needed!!

i've been working with digital for a long time, and only recently started working with medium format film. i'm trying to work out how the saturation and colours tones on this shot were achieved:

i could do it in a few minutes in photoshop, but i'm trying to work backwards and involving myself with chemicals and processing all over again. i cant see it being filters or lighting, so all fingers point to the developing stages (or even film type)

any help would be more than appreciated
