Gollum thanks for the reply & your advice - this is much appreciated. Yeah - I think I will take your's & Gary's advice & abandon the tripod - but will probably try out the monopod idea. Intend to have a couple of training sessions on moving cars before next week. It's the cycling Paralympics world cup so should be plenty of opportunities. Apparently it's not well attended, which is a great shame that these guys aren't better supported - but from my point of view there should be plenty of room to move about.

Keep us all posted on how you're doing with Module 3 - I'm going away for a week towards the end of May - so hoping I will be able to get some ideas for this module then.
