Hi Shaun,

Unfortunately we are only able to offer CS3 for use on "fun" and "personal projects"

Educational licenses are upgradeable and can be used for commercial private work. We are offering a £600 discount and as part of the conditions agreed with Adobe we are unable to offer upgrades as well.
