Just loaded my Photina

Hi I have just loaded my Photina Reflex with Velvia 100F, ensuring that there is good tension on the film

I have wound it on until there is a single black dot under the little red glass at the back is this the start or do I wind it on until a number shows (I have never used 120 film or cameras that use it before)

also how many exposures does a 6x6 camera give on 120 film?

any help would be gratefully appreciated
