BT Small Business Advisor?

Do these things exist nowadays?

I remember some years ago you could call BT and they would send someone around to visit you to discuss your phone business requirements.

Just spent the best part of an hour following various links around the BT website to try and find if it's possible now. Apart from email and 'online chat' I couldn't find anything.

Does anyone know if BT still have Small Business Advisers?

Yes, but be careful: when BT began advising them they were big businesses.

I'm not sure about small business advisors these days. All small businesses tend to be serve by BT Local Business centres which tend to be phone based but they will have field based specialists who will be able to offer face to face advice if needed (and to be brutally honest, if it's profitable enough to warrant a meeting)

I work in sales, mostly to Global Services customers i.e. large UK and multinational companies.

I'm not the only one on this here forum to work for BT, but I'll let the other one (that I know of) fess up for himself.

I have a lot of friends who work for the broadband section in Manchester still. I went over to banking! But I did enjoy it there.
