Firstly it's flash, but at least you have a text version for those with script/flash disabled, though obviously the pics won't open.

Secondly I find the photos are too large, well certainly in the grid babes, the 2 I did open were "loading" as 740ish kb... even though they're small on the screen.

Nights were a real drag, thankfully work's on 2 shifts now [day/back] so more time to do things... If only photography were higher up the pecking order ;-)

Thanks for the comments, do you think it's worth doing a non flash version as well, assume this is why it won't open on my mobile?

On the file size, what do you use to make the files smaller? I use photoshop elements assume there's a way i could do this before uploading them? On the otherhand i could increase the size of the images when they open if you think that would be better?

    Cheers!

I'd prefer images around <100kb like it used to be here.

    file save for web

is the way in elements I use, then scale the quality down til it's a reasonable size kb ise, after I've resized it to 600 as the longest side.

Flash won't run on the iPad either or on 64 bit Explorer. I think, in the medium term, Apple is right in saying that HTML 5 should be used instead of Flash.

Sitting here in my armchair with my iPad on my knee, I can only see the text version. I can't believe I'm the only person doing this so perhaps a non-flash version would garner you a wider audience.

Great photos. Love the Grid Girls !

I don't like flash sites very much (no I'm not Steve Jobs), so I would suggest changing this if you can, as it will allow a wider audience to view your work, such as the iPad crowd.
