    Thank you. Haven't the flowers been amazing this year - I've seen some rose bushes absolutely covered in blooms. Wonderful ! Lisa.

    that is one amazingly clear jay, badgerman, fantastic shot. I think this month's competition is going to be extremely difficult to pick out favourites as the square format really does flatter. Already a very high standard and by the end of the month I bet there'll be looooooaaads! :-)

    It's going to be a cracking competition this time as most will be cropping there best pics to 600 by 600 the quality up to now is outstanding.

    Thank you Emma for your comments, you also have a beautiful picture of a very pretty young girl, a lovely portrait shot and I love the close crop...a picture that is a worthy winner and in my view, at the top of the list.
