Can I Really?

Well it's a lousy day here today, and likely to stay so, but much better prospects tomorrow, and I'm sitting here wondering whether I can really watch three?

Err given that the current APOY round is bad weather Clive, no you most certainly can't. Now stop seeing a silly boy and go out and take some photos. I've just done it so so can you.

But it's boring bad weather, Barney. Grey clouds with constant rain, and it doesn't look any better Harrogate way. But 3 matches? I think my eyes might go Rugby ball shaped.

That's my intention.

The first one at home, the second at the pub (with some scots)and after a pizza or something, back to the pub for the third. I may be feeling a little worse for wear tomorrow.

Yes you can,
you know you can,
and so just do it, feet up, a beer or two handy
some peanuts or cashews
and don't feel guilty.
Just hope the games are up to standard

Yeah, I think I'm with Clive on that one - not the most appetizing sight!

No, a perfect day would be Wales winning theiur match, coupled with England losing to France, and by enough that Wales would go above them in the final table. Oh, and follow that up with Chemmy Alcott calling round with nowhere to stay for the night, and having forgotten her jim-jams. That'd do me.

OTOH, considering the relative probabilities of all those events, I'll settle for Wales just winning their final match.

Well it has to be France for the Grand Slam and Ireland for the triple crown, Huw.

Oh, and we can get Sey's delicacy in the UK!

Can't argue with that - it would be the most satisfactory result, in terms of who had deserved what throughout the season.

Oh, and we can get Sey's delicacy in the UK!
From that link:

I can't even bear to put into words what that looks like!

Oh well, each to their own. Me, I've got some delicious pork and leek sausages, Cornish new potatoes, and green beans for tea. Yum, yum!

hehe, tickled your fancy, has it?

I would go for the *traditional* of course,
although I like the other flavours on certain
foods, I think it is *wrong* to disguise the original.
But then again, I'm a *film person* too.

and yes, looks like the Frogs and the Irish for top honours this season.

.......pork and leek sausages.......
technical question Huw.
does the pork leek in the sausage,
or is it the sausage eater that porks and then leeks?

Well, that depends on whether Chemmy Alcott does in fact turn up.

Yikes - I've just noticed (in the aftermath of a gratifying Welsh victory) that of course Wales cannot finnish above England - I misread the table!

Oh well, I guess that means the other aspects of my 'perfect day' aren't going to happen either. I was really getting quite hopeful for a few moments there.
