Now that's no small saving!
Looking at how much they list the Nikon SB-900 for, it doesn't look like cheap prices across the board.

Seems a bit aggressive!
This first is about normal EF 100 f2.8 USM macro
but this next listing should put the cat amongst the pigeons! EF 100 f2.8 L IS USM macro
For reference Pricebuster's page
I wonder if they're doing a 1D Mk IV?

Ooh! I do feel sorry for highstreet shops - Tesco are not easy to beat in price (I recall when bookshop keepers were buying the latest Harry Potter of the Tesco shelf because it was cheaper than the wholesale price they were being charged) but as a camera shooter that is one nice deal!
I wonder if they will ever stock the twinflash or 300mm f2.8 IS L![]()
£500 for a 100mm IS? Nearly home and at a proper pc....could be tricky to resist![]()
......apparently if you buy Tesco's own brand of cornflakes you get a free nikon in it.........but personally I'd rather have a plastic fire engine!![]()

And you can have 6 months interest free with double clubcard points.
Well the good news is that you get cornflakes in Lidl's cornflakes but the bad news is that apparently the plastic fire engine tastes better!Anyone know what you get in Lidl's cornflakes? It seems as though Tesco have spotted their mistake with regard to the new IS version of the EF 100 F2.8 macro.
However, the low price remains on their website.

Take more crap than good pics but the good ones make me feel good
No more than an amateur so feel free to ignore anything i say

Hate Tesco But....I hate them even more.
This morning a flier was pushed throuh my letterbox.
"Tesco
Public Exhibition
Exciting palns for a new Tesco storeon Selby Lane, Keyworth...
......"
I don't know what exactly they are proposing, but the only available site is one for which there is planning permission given for an out of scale development from a different company in the process of going belly up.
A nice middle class Waitrose would be very appropriate but Tesco...Ugh. Its enough to make one move to somewhare more desirable. I reckon that a Tesco knocks 20% of the value of any property within 500 metres of it.
I think that I have just become a 'Nimby'.
Here's the problem as I see it. I understand that all the supermarket storefinders are set for a radius of 5 miles from the post code you put in. If I go to Waitrose, I get 1 result. If I go to Sainsbury's site I get 2 results.
The same search at Tescos produces 10 results.
They are out for world domination I tell you.![]()
Oh Lord won't you buy me a 300 F2.8L
I hate Tesco... no buts
