    Kingfishers

    No disrespect to our resident kingfisher man but if you want to see some truly wonderful Kingfisher pictures then beg borrow or steal the April edition of the BBC Wildlife magazine.

    You beat me to it Mick, I was about to put the same post info up...pictures are stunning and to see pictures of the young in the nest is a first, because of the way they nest, you won't see these type of shots very often. (Remember Kingfishers are protected by law and a licence is required to photograph them at or near the nest)

    As is a clothes peg - an all-fish diet and no table manners do not make for sweet-smelling premises!
