    Don't get an apartment on the north face of the building, I've heard that there are too many dark rooms on that side.

    Seems to have had a makeover since I used to drive past it, but that was in the 1970s.

    Don't get an apartment on the north face of the building, I've heard that there are too many dark rooms on that side.
    The Developer should have been aware of that and fixed it.

    I don't think the decision on that project was exactly cut and dried. It was quite a grey area. Not as black and white as one would assume.
