popped out last night to look for some possible locations that i could get some nice pics of her. shes been a good un but needs must. the car is filthy and the number plate looks a bit sketchy, but any feedback before i get the bucket and soap out and take some final pics.

3 exposures -1,0,+1 combined in photomatix.does it look too hdr though. i tried lighting it with flash but there is only so much you can do with one sb600.
also next time i think il use a pl filter to take a bit of glare off.

ive not took many pics of cars so any tips would be a great help.

One thing that stands out a mile to me is the fence post at the rear of the car. Maybe if you had moved forward or the car backwards a bit it would not be seen.

ah yeah. lol. probly look out for that next time.think the main thing though is, does it look too hdr ish ? i like it, but knowing ive combined 3 exposures is making me pixel peep a bit i guess.

Agree about the fence, that really spoils the shot
Regarding the HDR - it's not too bad, but there is the suggestion of a lighter halo around the car, and to be honest I'd like to see the sky and ground darker...

I agree with the above and would add that IMHO it would be better to have the space in front of the car rather than behind it.

cheers for the feedback guys. im guna give her a scrub down and get out at the weekend taking onboard everything. should be interesting.
