There used to be. But due to abuse it was closed.
You can still sell directly through the magazine though by contacting them

A classified in AP is one idea another is one of the camera brand specific forums. There are many and most allow private advertisements, some require a certain number of posts before allowing the placing of an advertisement but many don't.
There's always eBay where you will most likely maximise the price you'll get - but have fees to pay.
Or Astro Buy & Sell which sometimes has photographic equipment - but lacks eBay's reach & regulation.There's always eBay
