Well the BBC website said that it was repeated tonight, but it's not according to the TV guide on BT Vision.

I've just found a quiet 10 minutes to watch it, and it's well worth taking the time to watch. The relevant part starts at around 09'45.
The Penn exhibition certainly looks worthwhile going to so I'll mark it in the diary to go and see next time I'm in London.
