    zoombrowser ex

i recently got myself a new laptop with windows 7 and when i try to load my images onto it i get a message telling me that there is a compatability problem. i use a 400 d which has been fine on my desktop and still is .tried to get in touch with canon but that just seems to draw a blank after a few emails i dont seem to have got anywhere. apart from getting some other software has anyone got any other answers that may help?

I use Zoombrowser version 6.0.0.246 fine with Windows 7 (64 bit). Are you using the latest version?

Have you re-installed your Canon software from cd? I recently bought a new computer with Windows 7 and with one of my cameras had to launch Canon EOS window from the progam list in order to upload my pics.
