    buliding

    have never took pics of buildings, have always enjoyed looking at old b&w of my town
    so i thought get and give it a go
    dont forget its my first attempt

    any comments will be appreciated and taken on board

    Simply enjoy photography
    Take more crap than good pics but the good ones make me feel good
    No more than an amateur so feel free to ignore anything i say

    Yes, very pleasant. Suffering a bit from very flat light, so could do with more contrast, or just better light. Why not try sunrise / set according to which way it is facing? Also there is some barrel distortion on the right side that a purist might want to straighten with a de-barreliser.
    Could play around with a sepia mono or duo tone to make it look like it is older.

    light, it was an extremely dull white/grey sky

    barrel distortion, think i see that now, the section to the right with the top cut off, curving inwards to the left ?

    Yes, the whole right side building is bent. Not a lot you can do on a dull day, especially with things like this.
