    Re: No Wallflower

Mike, the more I look at this the more my smile widens. I said it would be ideal for this competition. Just an absolute joy to look at.

That's all very well but what does Ken Rockwell have to say on the matter?

Mike, thanks for suggesting it. I couldn't believe it when I saw what I'd taken.

Re: Feb10 comments “On the street”

hehe ... after the ordeal of trying to create an origional idea for last months comp I now once again find myself torn. I have a handful of shots that easily sit in theme and I like all of them in different ways ... which to use or go out specifically to get a new one ... aahhh

I'd just like to say being new to this forum and having posted a few enteries over the last two months that I'm more than impressed at the standard and origionality of the entries in these competitions ...

    well done all

    Ditto

I agree with the above - great fun to see all the different takes on the one subject! Good fun.

    Re: Out and about

I'm sure that'll be cheating then Chris

I'd not even thought about doing anything like that - I like the mix of B/W and Colour and the different crops!

    Re: Out and about

Thanks! - Only the bloke in the bottom right hand corner sussed I was shooting from the hip, hence the big smile

I made the bloke (top right) look up by looking up myself - then shot him as he was looking at what he thought I was looking at

    Thanks guys!
I'm sure it's only a question of time something will sway your liking the other way. But for the meantime I'll enjoy your comments

I've always had a love/hate relationship with this pic but it's great that people like it.

...I have to say though, Bettina's pic is my fave so far. I love to shoot what happens below the waist or outside of what is normally our line of sight. It works great!
