    35mm Film Container?

Can anyone tell me the name of a container that will hold 35mm film in their canisters or even without?

I have a load of film but need a good storage box for them. Does anyone know the correct name for these or direct me to them to buy on the internet? I cant seem to find them!

    Thanks, John

I don't understand the question (nothing unusual in that) are you referring to unexposed film in canisters or exposed negatives/slides you need to store?

Unexposed / Exposed ready to be processed - In either their containers or without. Is there a box that holds them securely?

Somewhere, I've got a couple of containers which hold a few rolls of 35mm film each. Since I now so rarely use film, you're more than welcome to them IF I can find them! If you PM me your snail mail address (or one which you're happy to let me have), I'll pop 'em in the post in return for an amount approximating the postage costs being popped in a charity box (my preferred charities are Cancer relief ones with the RNLI coming after them). I think I have a vague idea as to where they are but exactly which box in the loft is a different matter! I'll let you know if/when they come to light. IIRC, they came from 7dayshop but were in the clearance section so probably end of line.

    Hi
I use Addis containers they are 100% liquid tight and come in various sizes, quite cheap. I use them to store my film in the fridge.

If you buy a bulk pack of Rollei film, they are supplied in a classy wooden box. That'd do the job nicely.

I would sometimes used old slide boxes to hold film cassettes, I think they would take 5.
