    lenses..

After getting a bit annoyed with having to swap my lenses fair bit (14-42 and 40-150), wondering would i be better off with 18-180 lens?

Is anyone using that 18-180, if so, what would you say about that lens?

As i am not much aware of the average cost of lenses (thoughs easy to check), wondering if pricewise those two lenses would be about the same worth as the superzoom lens?

I went along the same lines of thought as you.

I got it ... but I hardly ever used it.

For me it was far too heavy for the camera. (E-400)

I would see if you can try one before buying one.

I'd also second Dave's point; a superzoom may well sound attractive, but they impose compromises on the image quality (especially on wide angle shots) and become a big hefty lens when used on the mid-range settings. These issues also don't make holding the camera steady due to it's weight & bulk plus it also impacts on your shoulder muscles when lugged around and balancing such a beast on hand-held shots, without some additional support can be problematical.
