In this weeks magazine (29th Aug. 2009), there is an interesting article about panoramic pictures by Charles Twist. The location of all the photos is given except for the first which is of two decaying boats. Does anyone know where this was taken?

There's 2 very similar looking hulks near Fishnish on Mull. I didn't stop to photograph them when I was there earlier this year as I was concentrating on Wildlife.

There are some boats like that on the mudflats at Fleetwood near Blackpool in the North West, You don't give a clue to what region are you near .
