processing or printing? film or slide?
If you're not happy with the printing, take them back, complain and get them to reprint the bad ones, if it's the processing, highlight it to them, ask for a [partial?] refund and let them know so they know why they lost a customer. Otherwise they'll just assume everything's fine

Nights were a real drag, thankfully work's on 2 shifts now [day/back] so more time to do things... If only photography were higher up the pecking order ;-)
thank you , I think I should talk to them about that problem.
Jessops are fine on C41 film £9.95 for 7 X 5 glossy one hour. Ilford do post paid envelopes for thier films and if you can make a cup of tea you can develop your own. It is so easy you will wonder why you haven't done it before. Jessops agin sell all you need- developer, something like Ilfosol 3 will cope well with a variety of film stock-Stop Bath- Hypan Fix- dev spiral tank- film clips. You don't even need a darkroom just dive under the bedclothes and load the spiral tank

I once used Jessops, firstly £9.95 is a lot and secondly they scratched the film up good and proper! Sorry to put Jessops down, but it's a bit like beating up small children it's too easy.

Try Bayeux on Newman Street, just off Oxford Street. They can be a little pricey if you have lots of extras, such as contact sheets, prints or scanning. For just processing then it's £6.00 for a 36exp roll of 35mm, for a roll of 120 E6 it's £7.00; they'll do 110 and I've recently found out they'll do 828 film - just need to get some now!
Processing quality is always high, customer service is excellent and I cannot praise them highly enough.
Also try Alan Cooper Colour Labs I have used them for years and they are brilliant.![]()
