    I thought the Home Office were in charge of policing - why don't they use their powers and put the Metropolitan Police right - no wonder no-one knows what the hell is going on, we keep getting conflicting messages from departments that should be singing from the same hymn sheet - God help us - what is happening in this country?

    Well I saw a PCSO taking pictures of parked cars near Harley Street on Friday. How suspicious is that? I nearly made a citizen's arrest.

    mmmm outside of a PCSO's remit, I'd dial 999 if I were you.
