Yes, Eilean Donan Castle again, but from a slightly more unusual angle. Taken when I was on holiday in the Highlands at the begining of April, with evening light.

Nice photo with great colours!
Colin
Thanks. Just a little saturation boost, and a bit of local contrast enhancement, but it's pretty close to how I remember it.
Nice shot it makes me want to dig out my old VHS copy of Highlander![]()
missus has always wanted to go to scotland, and shots like that make it more of a reason to go
Simply enjoy photography
Take more crap than good pics but the good ones make me feel good
No more than an amateur so feel free to ignore anything i say
Lovely. I think taking the bit of blank sky off the top would lessened the amount of sky and bring the castle further into the image (that sounds daft, but don't know how else to explain what I mean ?).Lisa.
PS I'm going that way in Sept.![]()

Hmm... maybe I can sell it to the Scottish Tourist Board...
Lisa, you mean cropping the top just above the clouds? I might have a bit more of a play tomorrow. Hope you enjoy your time there, and have the sort of weather I had the day I took this shot, as opposed to some of the other days - I've got a few rainbow pics I'll post...
Thanks again everyone.
OK, here's a crop just above the clouds:
