By my reckoning, the Arts Council for Wales owes me around 35 years worth of back grants for the same research. They might like to consider paying me a similar amount for the study of women's ladybumps undertaken over a similar period. Until such grants are awarded to me, I shall have to continue my research without fiscal reward.
