Boat in Rhodes

Hello, Boat moored in Rhodes Greece.
Very Hot Day 100F+
Sunny with very little cloud.
Around Midday.

It's very blue, isn't it! Compositionally I really like it, but the blue is somewhat overpowering (I'm more used to Edinburgh grey...) - as though the saturation has been unhealthily boosted, with hints of magenta in the corners (but that could be my monitor).

looks like a white balance problem to me,very blue on my monitor too.

I don't see any problem on my lappie, the sky is blue (I know that we are not used to it but that's the way it is) looks quite natural to me.

Is the ship (boat) too white?

Gotta agree with Zou, the original is very blue but then again.. blue sea, blue clear sky sop it isn't surprising.

Thing is, the background in the 2nd one looks bland colour wise.

I think if the ship on the second one was on the background of the first.....

I do like the colours better on the ship in the 2nd one though. The 1st image seems a bit blown as far as the ships concerned but it looks spot on in the 2nd image which is the one I prefer.

I think its a definite improvement.Maybe increase the saturation a touch to give the background a little lift,but it looks natural to me.
