No schizophrenia is having a Nikon and Oly outfit, like I did for many years.

..........and the great thing about having a Nikon is that if the wheel ever comes off your desk you can use the Nikon to prop it up..................which is a lot better than trying to use it as a camera!

Under the desk? I take it you're afraid to take it home? Anyway, I also have two bodies, an F80 and a D60 - not to mention my Canon A1. I must be triplephrenic.

That's all very well but what does Ken Rockwell have to say on the matter?

I have had a number of these accidents. On one occasion I went out to buy a set of guitar strings and came back with a piano. On another I came home with a Nikon F80 and Battery Grip, which was odd as up until then I was a Canon A1 user. Needless to say I then had a few accidents on Ebay...........etc etc. But it's good fun

My Ex wife's doctor used to have a split personality (is that the same thing?), when I suggested that she didn't need to go far for a second opinion she got quite upset (my ex that is).

    Cheers

Re: Well, I am officially schizophrenic!

If thats schizophrenic what do you call somebody with:
    1 Antique view camera
    2 box brownies
    1 Nikon
    2 Canon rangefinders
    3 Canon SLRs
    1 Canon digital
and 1 (at the moment) Olympus digital

I suspect that the right word is "confused".

Apart from you having a preponderance of Canons, I would say that that was quite normal

I am trying to convince myself that I need another Oly and that will reduces the Canons to just 50%

Don't be silly - I've loads more cameras than that, but no Canon rangefinders.

    I thought you had a G3

Actually I completely forgot about the Agfa and the Bronica so the Canons are already below 50%

Re: Well, I am officially schizophrenic!

Canon digi compacts - Ixus 500 and i7, S70. I've a couple of old film ones, too, but none of them are very high spec. If I'm honest, the first G I've really, really liked is the G10, but not in preference to an E-P1.

And I don't have an antique view camera, but I do have an antique quarter-plate SLR.
