    Cars of different ages and sizes (3 images)

    We had the village fete at the weekend and there were some classic cars and a couple of dragsters there. I've not really shot cars before so thought I'd have a go. I couldn't choose between my wide angle or 50mm lenses, and ended up taking the 50mm. Not sure if it was the right decision or not. They have all had some unsharp mask and other tweaks to saturation, contrast, etc in photoshop. Here are the results:

    I put these shots together as a montage, not sure if it works or if there should just be a few shots together as a tryptic.

    I went for a shallow depth of field to isolate the light brackets and focus on the reflection, but think it was a bit too shallow.


    This was pretty shiny, and I think that the reflections possibly distract the eye too much.

    I think the montage works very well and I love the reflections.
