Which flash is better?

Somehow, my work managed to meet it's budgetary savings this year and as a result, we are getting a bonus payment.
I was deciding on buying a macro lens, but have decided to get a new flashgun instead.
So out of the two, which of these is the better (it will be used on either an A100 or A350):
Sony HVL-F58AM or Sony HVL-F56AM ?
I have bought from Microglobe before and found them to be very efficient in their delivery.

Steve, It's got to be the 58, as well as the slightly more power aspect it is fully compatible with the full range of alphas including the 900, if you decide to upgrade there , also the ability for the Head to rotate may be of use, thinking of portrait shots
