I seem to have lost my recycle bin from the desktop

Im sure i havent deleted it by mistake??? but then again i may have

im using windows vista....does anyone know where on the computer the programme may be cause i cant find it

1 Right click on the desktop

2 Select 'Personalize' at the bottom of the pop-up

3 Click on "Change Desktop icons" on the left hand side of the new window

4 Tick the box that says "Recycle Bin"

5 Click okay

6 Post this message in the "Computer Help section"

I did some time ago delete the icon from the desk top for my HP web cam ...

i know .....bliddy stupid women!

i have searched for it in the HP files but cant find it...

is it gone forever now?

I have to open the programme and fiddle in there if i want to use the web cam... very annoying!

1 - Click on the windows icon in the lower left corner

2 - Can you see the icon for the HP web cam program?

3 - If you can, click on it and drag it to the desktop.

4 - If you can't... wait for someone else to help

Okay...

1 - Open C Drive

2 - Open folder called "Program Files"

3 - Find the HP Folder

4 - Find the application

5 - Right Click on the icon and drag to the desktop

6 - Choose "Make shortcut"

Had a quick look and the web cam comes up when i open the quick play application, i can recored myself and store it .....

would the icon have been the programme and not an icon? can i restore to factory settings and it would come back.....

am sooooo rubbish with computers!
