I've only seen them on ebay. I know someone who got a similar one from Aden Camera in Australia via ebay

These are the kind of things you could get in the camera shops of old. Probably the London camera exchange that used to be on Stutton Ground. Jessops took that on over and gone was another great bargain bin opportunity gone. Camera fairs one time were good. If this makes me sound old I'm only thinking less than 10 years ago. You could always buy 2 separate lens caps for each lens, these are readily available.
