I know its so beautiful, i love it so much and im really disappointed. Got some great results today just on expired test roll. Lets just hope it lives on for more than one roll!
Sounds like bad luck!
I'd suggest that you contact a camera repair shop. (Cameras often have LH screw threads in odd places.)

Do not panic. The back can be opened by inserting a small metal hook shuch as a crochet needle with a bent hook at the end through the hole where the rewind shaft used to be,and holding the hook towards the left hand side of the body and pulling it up. The door catch is located there, the hook should release it.

And when you get in the back you need to check why the rewind knob came off-it should tighten on it's thread when you turn the crank-would suggest either someone either didn't put it on properly or the thread is stripped.
