Does anyone know how many scans this model is good for? I'm just wondering because I have about 3000 slides to get through (more than I originally envisaged). Will I get them all done without wearing it out?

Done 10000 so far. And dropped it once about 5000 scans ago. Hope it is good for at least another 10000. Must be mad to even think about scanning the lot, although amazed at how many old gems have come to light.
