could some one please help , I bought a 400d a few years ago and have just picked up a second hand 20d, this was going to be for my father to use when he goes diving....but i dont know if i should keep the 20d and let my father have the 400d. spec wise not much in them really as far as i can see.. looking for some helpfull advise. BTW my father is new to photography.... HELP

I looked at the plastic bag types so they would suit both, my dad spends most of his time in the shallows so the full 20m+ case with the big bucks price tag is not needed.

Which camera do you yourself prefer? Keep that one. Alternatively since your father is new to it, it may be better to give him the 400D. The 20D is, althougth a little older a better built camera, the 400D is a consumer model, so it may be better suited to a novice.
