what's the best way of getting the images taken by a film camera onto a pc?
i say best, but i don't mean best as in money no expense quality. i mean most cost effective, while still retaining a good degree of quality.
a home scanner and scanning the negatives?
a proper negative scanner?
or getting a cd of the images when you get the film processed?
i'm not looking at spending to much... maybe there isn't an option that suits me?
